Our goal is a 300 lb slaughter weight for each pig, this will give an estimated 220 lb hanging weight.  You will bring home about 65% of your hanging weight, this can be more or less depending on your choice of cuts.  
We have dates reserved with local processors and will provide transportation and pick up, unless otherwise arranged.
Do not let the cut sheets be intimidating, we are here to help and assist you through the process!

Whole share- $5.75/lb (based off hanging weight) 

BBQ pigs- These are sold $3/lb live weight + $85 processing fee.  These are great for parties, large family gatherings, holidays etc. 

Roasting pigs-There is a minimum on this of $285.  Please contact with specifics on size.
