We are happy to discuss items you are looking for.   All pork is inspected at a USDA facility, and will arrive to you with all proper markings and stamps.  

We can provide whole hog: Everyone benefits from this option, the animal is appreciated from snout to tail, the chef is able to curate a menu using every piece of meat and the customer is able to experience Pasture Raised Pork prepared by some of the best!


We can also provide individual cuts of meat tailored to your menu. We are happy to discuss this option with you, please contact us.
